1. Delivery terms
1.1 Date of delivery
Technology for Life estimates the shipment and delivery date for you depending on the availability of the goods purchased. This information will be sent to you via a confirmation email as soon as you complete the order, as well as displayed under the order summary in your account.
If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will inform you by phone or email as to how long your delivery will be delayed.
Normally we use Speedy Courier BG, a partner of the European leading courier DPDgroup, to deliver the products to our European customers. The delivery time ranges between 5 and 7 workdays.
For areas not covered by DPD, we use regular post delivery services. The delivery time in this case is approximately 2 weeks.
Technology for Life respects the confidentiality of all data recorded when filling out an order form. We DO NOT encourage SPAMMING, we DO NOT sell and we DO NOT trade email addresses obtained via this site.
The information received will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the courier companies and for the sole purpose of delivering your orders.
Personal information shall be used solely for purposes related to selling, having to do with the services and products offered by our online store, i.e.:
• order processing;
• presenting offers for products and/or services;
• addressing requests, question and/or complaints;
• performing market and marketing research;
• recording information with a view to promoting special or customized offers, discounts, and other benefits;
• sending newsletters featuring relevant information in areas like health, spirituality, personal growth and frontier sciences;
• we commit to stopping any email communications to you within maximum three days from your request.
3. Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the products received, you may return them within maximum 30 days from the purchase date. The products will be sent to our address:

with the delivery costs being paid by the customer.
The amount of money paid for the products returned will be reimbursed to the customer within maximum 30 days from the product’s reaching the above-mentioned address.
The products returned have to be functional, operate within the established parameters and must be accompanied by the warranty certificate and the purchase document, both in original form.
The products returned must show no signs of wear or mechanical damage and should be delivered in the original package.
The products returned without the original package or the original accessories will not be accepted.
Technology for Life may decline the return of products lacking the original labels or markings.
By submitting the return request, the client acknowledges having been informed about the terms and conditions of these rules and fully agrees with them.
We offer a 24-month warranty for our products. Should any problems with your product occur during this warranty period, you must return the faulty product to the afore-mentioned address (see section 4. Return Policy). We comit to sending the product back to you fully repaired and operating within the established parameters within maximum 4 days. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it for you.
The cost of delivery to our facility will be paid by the customer; the cost of delivery to the client will be paid by us.
