Return Policy

The quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers are very important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of our devices. However, if you are not totally convinced, you are free to change your mind.

In accordance with our return policy, you have the right to withdraw your purchase. We will refund you (except shipping) once the product is returned.

Please note that you must meet certain requirements:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return the product.
  • You must notify us of your return in advance, by email, at the following address :
  • We will send you a return code with the mailing address where you will send the parcel. Please note that no returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Do not forget to attach it to your package and invoice.
  • You must return the products in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale. You must ensure that the products are properly packed so that they will not be damaged during transportation.
  • Any warranty applies provided that the damage was not caused by the customer due to negligence, damage or misuse of the product.

Technology for Life cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of a product during the return of the items. The risks related to returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty conditions

All devices sold on our site have a warranty of 24 months in accordance with European legislation. It supports defects in workmanship and materials.

How to use the warranty ?

Please contact us by email before you return a product. In most cases, the problem can be solved by us over email. If the problem is more serious, we will inform you on the next steps to follow.

Warranty covers defects due to manufacturing errors or materials, provided that the product was used under normal conditions, in accordance with the instructions of use and properly maintained.

For all service requests that are covered by warranty, proof of purchase (invoice) will be required. When the proof of purchase is not provided, reserves the right to charge for the repairs.

The guarantee DOES NOT apply:

  • for products without proof of purchase ;
  • for products that have been damaged, modified or not properly maintained ;
  • for normal wear or defects associated with the use of the product ;
  • for improper use such as non-compliance with the instructions provided in the manual for each product.
